Starters

  1. Lentil and pepper soup with a stilton cream swirl.(Gluten free .Can be made vegan which contains soya.)

OR

2. Parsnip, pear and ginger croquettes with a Cumberland sauce ( red current, orange and spices)(Vegan and gluten free)


Mains

  1. Roasted squash, bean and walnut loaf topped with welsh rarebit and a caramelised onion sauce.(Gluten free. Can be made vegan which contains cashew nut and walnut.)

OR

2 .Mushroom and chestnut stroganoff in a filo basket topped with pumpkin seeds.(Can be made vegan which contains soya. Can be made gluten free)

Both served with stir fry carrots and brussel sprouts, braised red cabbage and mash potatoes. (Vegan and gluten free)

Desserts

  1. Christmas pudding cream tart with rum and raisin ice cream.( Can be made gluten free. Can be made vegan which contains soya.)

OR

2.Sunken chocolate souffle cake with prune and Amaretto crème frais.

(Contains almonds).(Gluten free. Can be replaced with a vegan option which contains soya)

As has become our tradition, we will be serving Christmas lunch from Tuesday 18th December – Saturday 22nd December.

THIS REPLACES  our usual hot dishes and several salad buffet.

Prices are the same but the food will be served to you from the kitchen and is all hot.

  • Nut loaf

  • Carrot and parsnip mash

  • Stir fry brussel sprouts

  • Roasted new potatoes with rosemary

  • Sage and onion falafel

  • Red wine gravy 

  • Cranberry sauce
