1.Warm goats cheese and figs with a green salad and fig balsamic dressing.

2.Broccoli, potato and pea frittata with garlic mayo.
(Gluten free. Can be made vegan containing tofu/soya.)
1.Trio of stuffed veg. Aubergine filled with puy lentils, sun blushed tomatoes and smoked paprika; tomato filled with Persian rice (contains pistachio nuts) and courgette with roasted pepper and a herb pesto.
(Vegan and gluten free.)
2.Breaded butterbean, leek and tahini croquette with polenta crisps and a yogurt and mint dip.
(Can be made vegan – containing soya. Can be made gluten free)
Both served with sweetcorn fritter and French beans. (Vegan and gluten free)
1. Rhubarb custard tart with whipped cream.
