  1. Vegetable pakora with a lentil dahl.

  1. A trio of dips with flat bread – guacamole, beetroot houmous and broccoli, pea and flageolet bean.

Mains

  1. Portobello mushroom stuffed with Applewood smoked cheddar. Sautee spinach and mash potato with a tomato and paprika salsa.

OR

  1. Butterbean and vegetable ragu topped with a sweet potato and peanut gratin. Crispy kale and sesame seeds.

Desserts

  1. Pear tart, apricot glaze and vanilla ice cream.
